The Google Pixel

The Google Pixel is what the Android Club has been waiting for... To review, of course!

Recently, I (James) have got my mitts on one of these beautiful phones. So, let's chat about it!

So, let's look at the home screen.

As you may see, it is very simplistic (and cold, according to the weather). They have sported circular app icons, and the app drawer is openable by swiping upwards, rather than tapping the icon. The background is actually based on the colours of the sky.

Swiping from left to right reveals Launcher3, the Google search bar. But voice search isn't the only thing you can do. Hold down the home button, and you will see good ol' Google Assistant!

Google Assistant is very friendly. She can even host the famous Google game show, 'Are You Feeling Lucky?'! In fact, you can't see her on any other device (at the time of writing) except the Pixel! She is amazing at telling jokes, flipping coins, giving directions etc.
